Printed adhesive tape

At our production, there are two types of the adhesive tapes with different characteristics that are used for the printing and there are two types of printing, applied at our production:

Interlayer printing – the printing is done upon the transparent film, and then the printed film is coated with the adhesive.
Advantages: brightness of the image, 100% resistance to different mechanical impacts, possibility to vary the adhesion.
Surface printing – the printing is done upon the finished rolls of the adhesive tape.
Advantages: possibility to accomplish quickly the minimal orders.

During the image printing it is possible to use up to three different colours of the paint. The image is printed on the tapes of different colours, the thickness can vary from 40, 43, 45 to 50 microns, the width – 48, 50, 70 and 75 mm. The tapes can be used both for the automatic and manual packaging. Upon the request of the Customer, the length of the roll can be 66, 132, 330, 495 and 990 m.
