Nova Roll – Packet, LLC produces bags from low density and high density polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE). Polyethylene bags, produced by Nova Roll, meet the requirements of the market, while a complete automatic production cycle guarantees the highest quality of the products. Polyethylene pellets are used as the raw material for the bags manufacturing. Depending on the method of production we distinguish low density (HDPE) and high density (LDPE) polyethylene. The bags, made from HDPE are not transparent and they are characterized by rustle. The products, made from LDPE, are more solid and have a lustrous surface. The production of bags is a multistage technological process at which LDPE and HDPE pellets are melted at high temperature and, then, by extrusion, are formed into a sleeve.

The production of the T-shirt bags differs from the production of the garbage bags or packaging bags. The difference consists in the sealing method of the bottom as well as in the form of the blade for the polyethylene cutting. The bags production is controlled at all stages, including the incoming control of the raw material (pellets).
